We stand behind our expert-led consultations and want you to feel supported throughout the process.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before your scheduled time at no cost.

Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your first session, you may request a refund or a free follow-up within 48 hours of your appointment.
Please note: Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice are not eligible for a refund.
Digital Products (eBooks)
All eBook sales are final once your download link is delivered, due to the nature of digital content.
Download Issues
If you experience trouble downloading or receive a corrupted file, email us at [email protected] and we’ll resend the file or help resolve the issue promptly.
Physical Products (Toys & Accessories)
Not satisfied with a product? We offer returns or replacements for eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery.
